Job Purpose

Preferred place of residence: Małopolskie or Śląskie voivodeship

Territory: Śląskie, Małopolskie, Świętokrzyskie, Podkarpackie

 

The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing business opportunities for the Recordati Rare Diseases Endocrinology portfolio within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement sales and marketing strategies for the assigned Endocrinology portfolio within the region.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop relationships with endocrinologists, oncologists, KOLs, pharmacists and key stakeholders.
  • Promote products through face-to-face and omnichannel engagement.
  • Organize scientific meetings, webinars and congress activities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Manage territory plans and reporting requirements.

Required Education

  • University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3–5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Experience in rare diseases, endocrinology, and/or oncology will be an additional asset.
  • Experience working with KOLs and specialist physicians.
  • Knowledge of the Polish healthcare system and hospital environment.

Required Behaviours and Competencies

  • Commercial mindset and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented approach.

Required Languages

  • Fluent Polish.
  • Communicative level of English.

Travel required in %

  • Frequent travel within the assigned territory (up to 70%).
