Key Account Manager, Rare Diseases - Endocrinology (Małopolska or Śląsk)

Job Purpose

Territory: Śląskie, Małopolskie, Świętokrzyskie, Podkarpackie
The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing business opportunities for the Recordati Rare Diseases Endocrinology portfolio within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement sales and marketing strategies for the assigned Endocrinology portfolio within the region.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop relationships with endocrinologists, oncologists, KOLs, pharmacists and key stakeholders.
- Promote products through face-to-face and omnichannel engagement.
- Organize scientific meetings, webinars and congress activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Manage territory plans and reporting requirements.
Required Education
- University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3–5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Experience in rare diseases, endocrinology, and/or oncology will be an additional asset.
- Experience working with KOLs and specialist physicians.
- Knowledge of the Polish healthcare system and hospital environment.

Required Languages
- Fluent Polish.
- Communicative level of English.
Travel required in %
- Frequent travel within the assigned territory (up to 70%).
