Indirect Procurement Specialist DACH (based out of Munich or Uln)

Job Purpose
We are hiring for a newly established role that will report directly to the Northern Europe Regional Indirect Procurement Manager based in France. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a new and growing regional team within the expansion of the Group Indirect Procurement Department.
This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive Indirect Procurement roadmap across the DACH region. You will lead the adoption of the Procurement culture in the area and ensure operational excellence in indirect procurement — overseeing a spend of approximately 40M€ across all indirect categories such as Consulting, Marketing, Logistics, General Services, R&D…
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing spending & contracts to identify priorities
- Managing the Indirect spending and footprint to lead cost reduction and efficacy in services delivery and quality
- Contributing to the decision-making process by logically presenting ideas to decision makers, being a strong logic thinker, using information to accurately make timely decisions.
- Defines the DACH procurement strategy and standards and leads selection of suppliers in accordance with the Regional Manager
- Working with the stakeholders to identify spend areas and organize buying processes with the goal of identifying savings and/or to ensure the business continuity

- MS office (Excel and PowerPoint as a must)
