To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:

 

Controller DACH (f/m/d)

 

In this role, you will be at the heart of our financial organization, reporting directly to the Head of FP&A DACH. You will be responsible for the following activities across the DACH region:

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop financial analyses and controlling tools to support informed decision-making, drive business performance, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Enhance and standardize processes across reporting, strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial transparency and a reliable data foundation.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, coordinating with local accounting teams across the country cluster to ensure timely submissions.
  • Ensure the accurate submission of planning data into corporate systems and collaborate with the central IT and Controlling teams on continuous process improvements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and provide business-relevant insights.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, corporate policies, and internal control frameworks.

Your Profile:

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and budgeting, ideally within a relevant industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis tools as well as financial systems, ideally including SAP S/4HANA, HFM, Power BI, and Think-cell.
  • Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proven ability to work successfully in international projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Business-oriented approach with strong decision-making skills, intercultural competence, and a collaborative team spirit.

The annual gross salary for this position ranges from EUR 75,000 to EUR 100,000, depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience.
