Job Purpose

The Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team in Stockholm. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer service, goods movements, demand and supply planning, reporting, databases, work with SAP.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for customer service and reporting activities, SAP and other internal systems, databases maintenance, daily contact with wholesalers and logistics service providers.

  • Customer service (handling of orders and complaints, delivery questions)
  • Work with SAP (invoicing, stock movements, etc.)
  • Maintenance of databases and internal systems.
  • Upload of documents in different systems.
  • Daily contact with Logistic service providers in terms of daily goods flows.
  • Reports preparations as well as analysis.
  • Participate in monthly reporting and invoicing.
  • Demand and supply planning, inventory management.

Required Education

Minimum high school education, university education would be advantageous.

Required Skills and Experience

Fluent in Swedish and English (verbal/written), understanding other Scandinavian languages would be advantageous.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Competent in the use of Microsoft Office tools with strong Excel skills

Some years of experience in supply chain / logistics, in pharma industry is a merit.
