Required Behaviours and Competencies

At Recordati we are proud of our four key competencies: Collaboration, Empowerment & Accountability, Focus, and Innovation. These competencies reflect our values and culture.

We believe that collaboration means putting common goals first, through an ego-less and can-do approach, and through continuous alignment. This means breaking down silos, sharing ideas and challenging them, listening to others and learning from them, and celebrating together. It also means offering support and asking for help, caring for others, having fun together and finally, winning together!

We build empowerment & accountability by finding our own zone of choice, being proactive, taking the initiative, setting expectations, making decisions and taking ownership. We value individual differences and encourage our colleagues to be fully themselves. We trust our people, we always do our best, we allow mistakes and take ownership and learn if we do make mistakes.

We deliver results by focusing on what matters, setting priorities, bearing in mind patients’ needs, and focusing our energy. We love challenges and pursue the best solutions, showing positive energy, proactivity, persistency and determination and, finally, where necessary, embracing effective imperfection versus ineffective perfection.

We believe that innovating and staying curious and courageous is the right mindset for serving our patients and for building on our success. We always search for a better way, embrace change, stay up-to-date with latest trends and information, brainstorm with others, step out of our comfort zone, take calculated risks, try new ways and if we fail, we fail fast and learn fast.
