Job Purpose

The Franchise Head define and lead strategy and operations for a portfolio of rare disease products in the Nordic-Baltic region. Propose, implement and monitor Franchise sales strategy in order to achieve sales targets assigned on the portfolio. They are responsible for the sales team development and delivery. Lead and supervise localization of marketing strategy delivered by regional HQ.

Key Responsibilities

Lead local commercial and marketing strategy, including annual business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI delivery.Drive sales performance through effective account management, market analysis, and resource allocation.
Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and regional teams to maximise product access and commercial opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, health authorities, and other external stakeholders.
Analyse market trends, sales data, and business performance to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Key Account Managers, driving a culture of accountability, high performance, and selling excellence.
Ensure all commercial activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and the Code of Practice.
Manage local promotional budgets and ensure effective utilisation of resources to achieve business objectives.

Required Education

A scientific background, ideally at degree level.

Required Skills and Experience

Between 6 and 10 years of experience in Pharma/Biotech industry; in particular in endocrinology, oncology and/or rare diseases.

Experienced commercial person, proven sales results, people management experience, project management experience, training experience, as well as an experience in a marketing related function.

80% local market travel with some European travel
