Job Description

General Description:


As a (Junior) Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting/developing comprehensive (pre-)marketing strategies and sales objectives for assigned products to maximize profitability. You will monitor market trends, develop brand strategies, execute marketing tactics, monitor budget and related OPEX and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between brand strategy and operational plans. This role involves close collaboration across departments to ensure successful product launches and ongoing management


Major Responsibilities

  • Support the Asia Marketing Manager in developing the overall product portfolio plan strategically.
  • Lead the development of the marketing and one-year tactical plans for assigned products. respectively including conducting field visits to gather market insights and feedback.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing effectiveness and manage within allocated budget
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify market opportunities for the assigned product.
  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns, materials, and educational initiatives that are in line with brand strategies.
  • Develop critical relationships with key customers in collaboration with sales team.
  • Assist in developing business cases and long-term forecasts for new product launches.
  • Lead and manage agencies to ensure projects delivered satisfactorily to agree performance metrics.
  • Ensure smooth supply operations by managing market data, forecasts, and supply with global and distributors.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Medical/Sales/RA) to integrate brand strategy into operational plans.

 

Qualification Required

Professional Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in life science/ Biology/Pharmacy
  • Minimum 2-3 Years’ marketing experience, preferably in oncology/hematology and/or rare disease
  • Fluent English communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of effectiveness as a cross-functional team player and project leader who gets results
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.
