Job Purpose

Job Posting: Supply Manager – Latin America

Location: Brazil (São Paulo)
Scope: Latin America (70% Brazil and 30% Mexico, Colombia and Argentina )

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Supply Manager – Latin America to lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations across the region. This role will be responsible for ensuring product availability for our rare disease portfolio, coordinating with global manufacturing sites located abroad, and aligning regional demand with global supply capabilities.

Reporting to the GM Latam, this position will play a strategic and tactical role in improving service levels, inventory management, forecasting accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, and Global Supply Chain stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee supply chain operations for Latin America (70% Brazil and 30% other countries), ensuring continuous product availability and optimal inventory levels across all markets.
  • Manage demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP processes, partnering closely with commercial teams to guarantee accurate forecasts.
  • Act as the primary regional liaison with global manufacturing sites and headquarters to coordinate production, shipment schedules, and supply allocation.
  • Monitor and resolve supply risks, ensuring timely communication to internal stakeholders and implementing mitigation strategies when required.
  • Oversee importation processes, regulatory supply requirements, batch release timelines, and distribution activities for each country.
  • Ensure compliance with GDP, local regulations, and internal quality standards across the region.
  • Develop and track key supply chain KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with 3PLs, distributors, and external supply partners.
  • Support new product launches and lifecycle management activities in the region.

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree and or APICS certification is a plus.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong experience in supply chain management within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, ideally with rare or specialty products.
  • Proven track record managing multi-country supply operations in Latin America.
  • Solid understanding of importation, regulatory logistics, and regional distribution models.
  • Strong analytical skills, sense of urgency, and ability to manage complexity.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with global teams.
  • Experience with ERP and planning systems (SAP preferred). Advanced knowledge of MSOffice package.
  • Knowledge of M and DAX will be considered a plus.

Required Languages

  • Advanced English is required and Spanish is desirable.
