About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Metabolic Account Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for expand awareness of rare diseases and RRD products among hospital practitioners and KOL’s in order to increase sales and reach budget targets. Based in the field and responsible for a region
Key Responsibilities
CONCEPTION:
Contribute to regional market development strategy by:
- providing market update in monthly business meetings
- giving regular analysis of the field’s reality and its specific needs
REALISATION:
- Responsible for sales in his territory
- Advocate to have RRD products included in hospital formularies
- Provide information for doctors and pharmacists on RRD as a Company, Scientific information on rare diseases and Orphan Drugs environment
- Technical & Scientific information on RRD products
- Have regular face-to-face meetings with hospital practitioners and KOL’s
- Organize scientific meetings with opinion leaders
- Attending congresses to promote RRD products
- Weekly reports on his/her activity
Required Education
- Business or Scientific background education: administrator, physician or pharmacist, i.e.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5 years pharmaceutical promotion & sales experience (3 years’ experience in the region assigned)
- Has been working in specialty care, oncology and/or rare diseases therapeutic area
- Network of HCPs
- Regional knowledge
- Understand the dynamics of the private healthcare market
Live in RJ / BH or Brasilia
Required Languages
Intermediate English required and Spanish will be an advantage
