About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Access Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure optimal market access for our products in the Brazilian northeast region, for both private and public healthcare systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address market access barriers, including reimbursement, pricing, and regulatory challenges.

Key Responsibilities

•    Develop and implement market access strategies to ensure product availability and reimbursement.
•    Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and regulatory affairs, to align market access initiatives.
•    Conduct health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) to support value propositions.
•    Monitor and analyze legislative and policy changes affecting market access.
•    Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, healthcare providers, and government agencies.
•    Prepare and submit reimbursement dossiers and pricing applications.
•    Provide training and support to sales team on market access topics.
•    Track and report on market access performance metrics.

Required Education

•    Bachelor's degree in Economics, Health, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

Required Skills and Experience

•    Minimum of 5 years of experience in market access, health economics, or a related field.
•    Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement systems and policies.
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

 

Location: based in any capital from NE region (preferable Fortaleza, Salvador, or Recife)

Required Languages

Fluency in English at an intermediate to advanced level is essential.
