Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Access Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure optimal market access for our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address market access barriers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement market access strategies to ensure product availability and reimbursement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and regulatory affairs, to align market access initiatives.
  • Conduct health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) to support value propositions.
  • Monitor and analyze legislative and policy changes affecting market access.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, healthcare providers, and government agencies.
  • Prepare and submit reimbursement dossiers and pricing applications.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on market access topics.
  • Track and report on market access performance metrics.

Required Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Health, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in market access, health economics, or a related field.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Deeply understanding of a) Brazilian healthcare systems, SUS and ANS regulation; b) Rare Diseases, including key stakeholders, decision makers, policy makers and advocates; c) Rare Diseases Patient Journey.
  • Map access barriers and opportunities and design strategies to develop and implement action plan.
  • Collaborative Work with other team member to build strategies in commercial/access decisions
  • Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement systems and policies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
