Job Purpose

The Global Metabolics Marketing Lead at Recordati Rare Diseases is looking for an apprentice in the context of his/her Master’s degree in Business, Management and/or Marketing. The apprenticeship will cover the therapeutic area of Metabolics.

Le département marketing international de Recordati Rare Diseases est à la recherche d’un-e apprentie-e dans le cadre de son Master en Business, Management et/ou Marketing.

L’apprentissage couvrira le domaine thérapeutique des médicaments métaboliques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support preparation of brand planning and internal meetings presentations / Soutenir la préparation de la planification de la marque et des présentations des réunions internes
  • Support in managing international marketing materials (HCP, patient material, social media, digital platform…) / Participer à la gestion du matériel marketing (Matériel dédié aux professionnels de santé et aux patients, plateforme digitale, réseaux sociaux…).
  • Support in organising internal meetings (Product trainings, Brand team meetings) and external events such as international congresses webinars, stand alone meetings / Accompagnement dans l’organisation de réunions internes (formations Produits, réunions d’équipe Marque) et d’événements externes tels que des webinaires de congrès internationaux, présentations des produits.
  • Traceability and budget follow-up / Traçabilité et suivi budgétaire.

Required Education

  • Finalising Master’s degree in Business and/or Marketing / BAC + 5 minimum, Master en Commerce ou Marketing.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Good analytical skills, flexibility and agility / Bonnes capacités d’analyse, flexibilité et agilité
  • Good communication skills, oral & written / Bonnes capacités en communication, orale et écrite

Technical Competencies

  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) / Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
