Job Purpose

Assurer au sein du Service Clients France la relation entre les Laboratoires Bouchara-Recordati et les différents clients de l’entreprise, dans le respect des délais, des procédures des Affaires Règlementaires et procédures du Service Clients pour tous les canaux de distribution.

Activités principales :
    BASE CLIENT :

•    Gestion et mise à jour de la base clients dans les différents outils informatiques
•    Analyse des alertes en provenance d’organismes légaux pour mise à jour de la base client
•    Effectuer les relances nécessaires
•    Suivre les procédures et proposer des améliorations
•    Escalader au Responsable Service Clients toute problématique si nécessaire

    ADV

•    Saisie des commandes.
•    Analyse des interfaces et traitement des erreurs
•    Suivi des commandes bloquées
•    Répondre aux demandes des clients externes, internes et des centres d’appels
•    Escalader au Responsable Service Clients toute problématique si nécessaire
•    Suivi dématérialisation des factures

•    Connaissance de l’industrie pharmaceutique et de ses clients
•    Maitriser l’ERP SAP  / Module SD 
•    Connaissance d’un CRM, dans l’idéal OPENPHARMA
•    Qualités attendues : Organisation, rigueur, polyvalence, esprit d’équipe et gestion du stress
