Job Purpose
The French Affiliate and Global Market Access Assistant enhances the French affiliate and Global Market access effectiveness by providing support to the GM and Global Market Access Head in their respective activities and by supporting their respective team members.
He/She coordinates with other departments at local, EMEA and global level.
Required Education
Bac+2 or more
3/5 years of experience ideally in a Pharma Company

General administration

Manage minutes of team meetings

Monitor vacation and sick day leaves
Financial/Accounting support tasks

Support monitoring and planning of OPEX

Support monitoring and planning of Sales

Invoices: Requesting, monitoring, processing

SAP: Management Purchase Orders

Monitoring and reporting on sales to CEPS / LEEM / GERS
Assistance to the Managers:
-
Control the expenses in Concur system
-
Prepare monthly reports from OCE and Power BI
-
Assist the Manager’s team in the SIP (Sales Incentive Plan) definition

Assist the Manager’s team in recruitment and on boarding organization
