EMEA Compliance Intern

Job Purpose
The EMEA Compliance Department at Recordati Rare Diseases is looking for an full-time intern for 6 months, starting 1st Quarter 2026, to support the EMEA Compliance Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of compliance related standard operating procedures and guidelines.
- Support the development of clear and engaging compliance awareness materials for EMEA colleagues.
- Support in providing compliance related advice to medical and marketing colleagues.
- Support in organizing internal meetings.
- Support in ensuring legal watch/monitoring of recent European and local compliance regulations.
- Participate to team meetings, brainstorming workshop sessions and cross-functional meetings.
Required Education
- Student in Master 2 preferably in Legal or Compliance (other specialties possible)
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong knowledge on Compliance matters

Experience in Pharma is a plus
Technical Competencies
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

Required Languages
- Fluent in English, oral & written
