Key Responsibilities
• Execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for our Consumer Health and Generics product llines, creating alternative planning, to deal with unforeseen events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and retail partners.
• Promotes Jaba Recordati products, in accordance with Marketing instructions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the reach of our products in the market.
• Provide product education and training to customers, ensuring a deep understanding of the benefits and features of our offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to stay informed about new products and industry trends.
• Regularly analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
• Performs sales reports analysis, monitoring the results, identifying problems and finding solutions to them.
Job Purpose
As a Recordati Sales Representative specializing in Consumer Health and Generics, you will be at the forefront of promoting our diverse portfolio of pharmaceutical products and ensure their sale, according to the organizational and strategic objectives. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value of our solutions. Required Education
- Ideally a degree in a science subject
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven track record in Portuguese pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, with a focus on Consumer Health and Generics.
Technical Competencies
- Proven track record in Portuguese pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, with a focus on Consumer Health and Generics.
Required Behaviours and Competencies
- Strong results-oriented approch;
- Ability to negotiate and drive sell-in and sell-out;
- Good analytical skills and ability to monitor KPIs;
- Good organisational Skills and territory management;
- High degree of autonomy, organisational skills and ability to prioritise
- Ability to adapt to a demanding schedule os daily travel and visits, requiring a dynamic and rapid response;
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills dealing with pharmacy teams
Required Languages
- Portuguese Native Speaker.
- Good level of spoken and written English.
