Product Management (Respiratory and Pediatrics)

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic and tactical marketing plans for the Respiratory and Pediatrics product portfolio
- Manage the full brand lifecycle, including the launch of new products
- Monitor commercial performance and key performance indicators, proposing corrective measures when required
- Manage and control the promotional budget for assigned brands
- Develop promotional materials and communication plans in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure appropriate training and strategic alignment of the sales force
- Ensure full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and industry compliance standards applicable to the pharmaceutical sector
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in similar roles
- Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing, preferably within Respiratory and/or Pediatrics areas
- Strong analytical skills with a structured, results-driven approach
