Job Purpose
As a Medical Representative RX at Jaba Recordati, you will be at the forefront of promoting our diverse portfolio of pharmaceutical products in the areas of Family Medicine/General Practice, Pulmonology, Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, and Rheumatology, ensuring their sale in alignment with the organisation's strategic objectives. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with healthcare providers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value of our solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual with a passion for healthcare sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets for our product lines, including contingency plans to address unforeseen events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including specialists in Family Medicine / General Practice, Pulmonology, Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, and Rheumatology.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the market reach of our products.
- Provide product education and training to healthcare providers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of product features and benefits.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Product Development, to remain informed about new products and industry trends.
- Perform sales report analysis, monitor results, identify issues, and develop solutions to improve performance.
Required Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharma, or a related field.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven track record in Portuguese pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
- Familiarity with the regulatory environment and industry standards in the healthcare sector.
- Experience in the above areas is considered an asset, though not mandatory — motivated candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply.
