Job Purpose

As a Marketing Intern, you will be integrated into the Recordati Rare Diseases Endocrinology Franchise Marketing Team and supported in targeted professional growth path aimed at understanding the role and activities of the Product Manager, with a key focus on digital transformation and cross-channel customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, design and creation of promotional materials as well as omnichannel marketing campaigns targeting HCPs and/or social media campaigns targeting others stakeholders.
  • Support the Product Manager in the management and implementation of specific projects, including the organization and coordination of ECM events and scientific congresses.
  • Assist in mapping the customer journey and identifying opportunities for personalized content delivery across touchpoints (email, web, webinars, social media, sales rep channels, etc.)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Sales, Medical Department, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, IT to ensure consistent messaging, regulatory alignment and effective collaboration in project implementation.
  • Analyze market data and product performance to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Analyze campaign performance metrics and assist in developing reports and insights to optimize engagement. Help maintain and update digital assets such as CRM tools, websites etc.
  • Participate in meetings and presentations to effectively communicate product-related information. Participate in internal training programs to acquire specific pharmaceutical industry skills while maintaining updated knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines.

Required Education

Degree in Scientific disciplines, a postgraduate master’s degree would be considered a plus.

Required Behaviours and Competencies

  • Proficiency with Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
  • Strong interest in pharmaceutical marketing and digital innovation.
  • Basic understanding of omnichannel concepts, customer engagement, and marketing automation is a plus.
  • Analytical and goal oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility, proactiveness and desire to work in cross functional team with a result driven approach.
