Internship Group Security - Intelligence and Travel Security

Job Purpose
Recordati is expanding its Group Security team and is on the lookout for a dynamic, curious, and self-motivated intern. This role offers an exceptional coaching and development experience, with the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance and company fit.
As an intern, you will report to the Group Global Security Manager and receive mentoring and support from our seasoned team, working alongside renowned experts in security operations, crisis response, security risk and threats and complex and rapidly evolving environments. You will have the opportunity to develop skills in various critical areas, including geopolitical risk analysis, open-source intelligence, analysis of physical and legal entities, safety of traveling personnel, physical safety, and corporate security.

Key Responsibilities
You will be involved in a variety of projects, including:
• Creating geopolitical analysis reports
• Analysing open sources and structured sources to create reports that support company decisions
• Drafting security policies and procedures
• Developing training, information, monitoring, and assistance tools for traveling employees
• Creating and updating documents and security plans
• Managing the operational and economic aspects of suppliers and security tools
• Analysing reputational risks
• Monitoring symmetric and asymmetric threats
• Creating plans and documents aimed at information security
Required Education
Candidates will hold a master’s degree in political, public, economic or legal sciences subject, or have certification for specific courses such as investigative sciences, security policies, crime and security analysis and risk management.
A master’s degree in security, intelligence and risk management would be a preferred qualification.
Required Skills and Experience
You will have knowledge of open-source intelligence techniques and the main global geopolitical scenarios from an academic perspective.
Required Languages
Applicants will preferably speak and write English at native level, together with Italian. Additional languages including Chinese, Ukrainian or Russian would be valuable.
