Job Purpose

Reporting to the Director HR SPC & RRD Italy & Greece, the HR Associate supports the delivery of HR processes and initiatives across Recordati’s Specialty&Primary Care and Rare Diseases businesses in Italy.

Working closely with managers, employees and internal stakeholders, the role contributes to the effective execution of HR operations and key people processes, supporting employee lifecycle activities and ensuring a positive employee experience within an international pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities and internship programs, partnering with hiring managers, universities, business schools and external agencies.
  • Support onboarding and employee integration initiatives, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new joiners.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and organizational information within HR systems, ensuring data quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Prepare HR reports, workforce data analysis and administrative documentation to support business and HR needs.
  • Liaise with payroll providers and internal stakeholders to support payroll activities and employee administration processes.
  • Assist in the delivery of key HR processes, including performance management, learning activities, employee engagement and culture initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of HR projects and process improvement initiatives, including HRIS enhancements, data management and payroll-related activities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and Global HR Centers of Excellence to support the implementation of HR programs, policies and initiatives.

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Economics, Law or related disciplines.

 

Required Skills and Experience

Around 3 years of HR experience gained within international, matrix organizations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

Experience working with HR systems; knowledge of SuccessFactors is considered a plus.

  • Good knowledge of HR policies and people processes, with a basic understanding of employment legislation.
  • Good analytical skills and confidence working with HR data and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive and collaborative approach, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively across functions.
  • Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn and grow within a broad HR role.
  • Good digital skills and interest in process improvement.

Gross Annual Salary starting from: 40.000€
