Group Total Rewards Lead Specialist

Job Purpose
We are looking for a Group Total Rewards Lead Specialist to support the development, implementation, and administration of global rewards programs. The role focuses on ensuring fair, competitive, and market-aligned compensation and benefits structures to support business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global compensation and benefits initiatives.
- Support HR and business leaders on pay-related matters.
- Conduct market analysis to maintain competitive pay structures.
- Contribute to the preparation of the company's annual remuneration report.
- Maintain and support governance of the job architecture and pay structures.
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5-8 years of experience in compensation and benefits, ideally in an international environment.
- Experience in Long-Term Incentive (LTI) plan administration is a plus.
- People management experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with market pricing, job evaluation, and job architecture frameworks.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and data analysis tools (Excel, etc.).
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Technical Competencies
- Experience with job classification systems and pay governance
- Strong reporting and data visualization skills

Required Languages
Fluent English is required. Italian is a plus.
