Job Purpose

We are looking for a Tax Specialist dealing with all national and international tax related topics: Corporate tax, International tax policies and transfer pricing issues. 

Key Responsibilities

The Tax Specialist will be responsible for:
•    Draft and manage intercompany agreements;
•    Tax planning and optimization activities for all the Group entities;.
•    Advise on cross-border tax matters;
•    Contribution to tax opinions;
•    Implementation and support in Pillar II calculation (e.g. Safe-Harbour analysis);
•    CbCR, FATCA/CRS and other tax compliance filings (e.g. WHT processes);
•    Cooperation with other corporate and regional functions in the framework of international M&A projects;
•    Support tax audits and work with external consultants and auditors on various subjects.   
 

Required Education

University level degree in Law (preferable) and Econominc

Required Skills and Experience

•    2 to 3 years working experience in the tax field in multinational company (preferable) or tax law consultancy firm;
•    Familiar with the OECD and tax treaties;
•    Manage different projects at the same time;
•    Analytical skills (being able to analyse data) and precise;
•    Pro-active, problem solving and take initiative. 
 

Required Languages

Fluent in English.
