Job Purpose

We are looking for a Corporate Development Analyst (M&A) to support the team in the day-by-day analysis related to M&A and business development projects. 

Key Responsibilities

•    Preliminary opportunity assessment
•    Business planning and valuation
•    Due diligence
•    Cooperation with other internal functions for business cases preparation

Required Education

Degree in business administration or finance

Required Skills and Experience

•    Previous experience (ca. 3 years) within valuation / transaction service / M&A departments of Big 4, Corporate finance boutiques, Investment banks, Internal corporate development departments
•    Proficiency in MS Office Suite
•    Excellent analytical skills and financial statements analysis
•    Knowledge of valuation methodologies
•    Knowledge of financial modelling 

Required Languages

Fluent Italian and English
