Job Purpose

We are looking for someone who can contribute to the implementation, evolution, and maintenance of the systems that make up the Commercial & Marketing IT-ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

-    The role will be directly involved in application maintenance, both through ticket and incident management activities and through supporting and training of end-users.

-    As an integral part of a structured team, the new hire will contribute to the design and document the IT procedures.

-    Collaborate with CRM Local Admin and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with data governance standards and prevent data quality issues

-    Properly configure the CRM system in line with full knowledge and awareness of its functionalities and integrations, a clear understanding of business requirements, and adherence to shared best practices. 

-    Contribute, in collaboration with the team, to the continuous and proper updating of the Admin User Guide, the data dictionary, and all documentation required to ensure the correct global management and maintenance of the CRM

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science / information technology.

Required Skills and Experience

-    At least 3 years of experience with CRM platforms and related technologies, including database management, and data analysis tools. 

-    Knowledge of the CRM Business Processes in Pharma market; Solid understanding of business processes is essential to independently and critically manage demand phases and the definition of requirements

-    Project Management experience, with focus on use-cases definition, UAT execution and results reporting, go-live planning based on impacts analysis and cut-over activities definition.

-    Knowledge of Salesforce.com or Veeva-Vault is a plus

-    Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ideally with a genuine ability to think outside the box.

-    Attitude to work in team to achieve company goals

-    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
