Job Purpose

Join our Talent Center of Expertise team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Recordati and play a vital role in building our high-performing team. In this dynamic role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer management, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience. You will collaborate with hiring managers across multiple locations worldwide to attract top talent and drive hiring strategies. As a strategic and detail-oriented recruiter, you'll leverage your relationship-building skills to connect great people with great opportunities. Reporting to the Group Talent Acquisition Lead based in Milan, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on Recordati's growth, culture, and success.
This position is hybrid, 2 days a week based at our Madrid, Spain location. This position is permanent and full-time.  

Key Responsibilities

•    End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening interviews, supporting interviews and assessment centers where appropriate, scheduling, and assisting hiring managers with interview preparation. Utilize Recordati’s recruitment tools (SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). Drive best practices throughout the process, acting as the subject matter expert to coach and challenge line managers where needed, while ensuring a strong focus on diversity and inclusive recruitment practices.
•    Direct Sourcing: Identify and implement the most effective sourcing methods based on the role profile and specialization. Proactively source candidates through job fairs, headhunting, networking, direct advertising, CV searches, employee referrals, and agency partnerships.
•    Candidate Management: Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to offer stage.
•    Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain pipelines for future hiring needs by partnering with the business to identify high-potential talent. Ensure alignment with succession planning and long-term workforce strategies, while also promoting internal mobility by identifying and developing potential successors from within the organization.
•    Process Improvement: Contribute to projects aimed at improving the talent strategy, optimizing recruitment processes, and leveraging innovative technologies.
•    Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with key stakeholders throughout the recruitment process and stay ahead of emerging trends in the talent market.
•    Business Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with business leaders to understand evolving talent needs.
•    Employer Branding: Support initiatives that enhance our employer brand both internally and externally.
•    Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs in partnership with the HRIS team.
•    Administrative Duties: Ensure all recruitment-related administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time to support internal infrastructure.

Required Education

•    Bachelor's degree in Science or a healthcare related field

Required Skills and Experience

  • •    Recruitment Expertise: 4+ years of experience in recruitment, attraction, and selection, preferably in-house within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotechnology industries, or within an agency setting.
    •    Industry Experience: Previous experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or other R&D organizations is essential. A proven track record recruiting for roles within pharmaceutical manufacturing will be considered a plus.

    •    Team Player & Self-Starter: Positive, proactive, enthusiastic, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Required Languages

•    Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
•    Additional European languages are an advantage (i.e., Spanish, Italian or French).

Requirements

•    Bachelor's degree in Science or a healthcare related field preferred 
•    4+ years of full-cycle, high volume recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setting
•    Strong experience in scheduling, interviewing, extending offers, and salary negotiations.
•    Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and People Services & Culture site partners.
•    Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
•    Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
•    Enjoys working on a computer and in an office setting
•    Self-starter who is motivated to complete and prioritize tasks
•    Ability to manage high volume recruitment
