Mission

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing the Marketing Brand Plan for the Oncology franchise, ensuring the adaptation of the global strategy to the Iberian market. In addition, they will work closely with the Sales and Medical teams to achieve the established objectives. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing the marketing Brand Plan, developing strategic and tactical plans to achieve objectives
  • Researching and analysing market trends and competitors, and converting the raw data into detailed reports and actionable insights
  • Developing tools and marketing materials aligned with the company and product strategic objectives and needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of promotion and marketing materials or programs and suggesting improvements
  • To liaise with the Global team and adapt their campaigns to Iberian requirements
  • To represent RRD in industry groups, in the absence of FH and or GM
  • Congress organisation and management
  • To update on new scientific publications – congresses
  • Initiate, manage and monitor local market research and local/regional data- acquisition requirements
  • Contracting and management of Agencies
  • Excel in Project Management

Required Education

  • Academic level preferred in Science.
  • MBA & Marketing Master preferred

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3-5 years work experience in Marketing
  • At least 2 years Sales of pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Project Management Experience
  • Oncology experience is a plus

  • Sales attitude and mindset, to be able to support the sales team and the ability to build strong customer relations
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in RRD organisation, as well as cross-functional collaboration
