Job Purpose

We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Franchise Head to lead the commercial and operational strategy of a key product portfolio in the area of rare diseases.

Will be responsible for leading the commercial and operational strategy of the Franchise, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, the development of the KAM team, and the local execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Operational Leadership

  • Define and execute commercial strategy, sales targets, and local adaptation of regional marketing plans.
  • Oversee local implementation of promotional campaigns and materials.
  • Lead the translation of market insights into measurable operational actions.

Sales and Performance Management

  • Monitor sales KPIs, market trends, and field activities.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and resource allocation.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

People Leadership & Development

  • Manage, coach, and develop the KAM team, including SIP definition, territory planning, and performance reviews.
  • Supervise and support the Marketing Manager’s objectives, strategy, and execution.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance of field force activities with internal procedures and industry regulations.
  • Review and authorize expenses, promoting ethical and efficient operational conduct.

Required Education

University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Postgraduate studies (MBA, Marketing, Leadership programs) are a strong plus.

Required Skills and Experience

3+ years of experience leading commercial teams in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.

Proven track record in sales leadership, ideally within the rare diseases or hospital product space.

Strong background in people management, project leadership, training, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing.
