Job Purpose

  • To engage external stakeholders: 
    • Develop KOL engagement plans.
    • Collect insights.
    • Identify clinical investigators, decision makers in clinics, insurers.
    • Communicate medical/ scientific data.
    • Connect internal and external stakeholders.
    • Provide conference support.
    • Support external stakeholder research activities.
    • Respond to medical information requests.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders:
    • Provide training and updates of molecules/diseases.
    • Support clinical research teams.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on internal cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate evidence based critical scientific, technical and development issues relating to company products/compounds and the therapeutic areas related to the current portfolio and the products in the very next pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

This role will also be responsible of:

  • Lead NPP processes for not registered molecules.
  • Support field teams for access purposes.
  • Investigator-initiated studies (IIS).
  • Scientific projects & research.
  • Publications (abstracts, posters, case studies and peer reviewed papers).
  • Development, input and/or attendance at medical educational programs, advisory boards, training.
  • Young raising stars development for major RRD specialty areas.
  • Support the Regulatory affairs local requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Physician or higher education in the health field (General practitioner or specialist).
  • At least 1 year of expertise in onco or rare diseases. 
  • Proven proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Travels: when the business requires his/her presence.
  • The ability to understand, process, communicate and present scientific information to a high standard.
  • External customer focus with strong networking capabilities and integration with KOLs.
  • Excellent influencing, networking, presentation and communication skills and a proven track record of team cross-functional team working.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt priorities according to business and strategic needs.
