Senior Product Manager

Job Purpose
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for the marketing activities of the products by defining the marketing direction, devising an appropriate strategy**,** and driving marketing plans & implementation in accordance with the strategy to achieve the product’s sales and marketing targets.
• Determines the marketing strategy of the products and prepares detailed and systematic marketing plans.
• Allocates the marketing budget in terms of promotional materials, samples, advertising, regional/national meetings, congress sponsorships**,** etc., while also managing the production of marketing materials.
• Visits the target audience with the sales team,strengthens relations with KOLs, and develops related projects.
• Reviews the product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the company and/or the competition.
• Contributes and works together with medical managers in developing clinical trial programs and epidemiological studies.
Required Education
Required Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in Acute Care areas preferred
• Experience with product launch processes preferred
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Customer-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills
• Analytical thinking skills, with strong attention to detail
• Strategic mindset with the ability to define and drive product vision
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Team player with a collaborative spirit
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications
• No restrictions for travelling, and a valid driving license
