Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the marketing activities of the products by defining the marketing direction, devising an appropriate strategy, and driving marketing plans & implementation in accordance with the strategy to achieve the product’s sales and marketing targets.

Determines the marketing strategy of the products and prepares detailed and systematic marketing plans.

Allocates the marketing budget in terms of promotional materials, samples, advertising, regional/national meetings, congress sponsorships, etc., while also managing the production of marketing materials.

Visits the target audience with the sales team, strengthens relations with KOLs, and develops related projects.

Reviews the product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the company and/or the competition.

Contributes and works together with medical managers in developing clinical trial programs and epidemiological studies.
Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is a plus)

Experience in Acute Care areas preferred

Experience with product launch processes preferred

Excellent command of written and spoken English

Customer-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills

Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail

Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications

No travel restrictions and a valid driving license
