Export Area Manager

Job Purpose
We are looking for in our Export Department, Export Area Manager here is the required qualifications below;
Key Responsibilities
- Setting annual sales targets, full p&l responsibility on the territory he/she is responsible for
- Close follow up on production demands of countries and customers he/she is responsible for
- Realization of sales targets in responsible countries / accounts.
- Determine new target markets, find potential distributors and organize the strategy to enter to the related market.
- Design, develop and implement market access strategies
- Analysis of pharmaceutical pricing & reimbursement trends for related markets
- Developing marketing and promotion strategies of the products in related countries
- Close follow up regulatory, quality, production and logistic processes
- Understand customer needs and organize the needed internal communication with related departments
- Organize visits to the markets to meet ongoing customers and to identify up to date market research
Required Education
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor degree & Masters degree will be preferable
- Experienced in the pharmaceutical industry
- Minimum 8 years experience in export business
- Candidates must have at least 2 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical export sector
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, negotiation, decision making and result oriented and follow-up skills are essential.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Have to fluent in English & Other languages such as French, Arabic , Italian will be preferable
- High team spirit and excellent collaborating skills
