Executive Assistant and Events Manager

Job Purpose
We are looking for an Executive Assistant and Events Manager in MENA who provides comprehensive administrative, organizational, and logistical support to senior leadership while managing the planning and execution of corporate events, meetings, and internal engagements. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Respond to emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of senior management.
- Prepare reports, such as Travel expense claims, presentations and confidential documents as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of executive requirements.
Meetings Coordination and Events Planning and Management
- Organize internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, attendee communication, venue setup, and follow‑up actions.
- Take accurate minutes during meetings and distribute them within agreed timelines.
- Ensure all meeting logistical arrangements, technical setups, catering, and materials are prepared.
- Track action items and ensure follow-through with concerned parties
- Handling /Support company events such as conferences, seminars, workshops, , supplier coordination, and other logistics
Administrative & Office Support
- Assist in office administration tasks including procurement, inventory, and vendor management.
- Support HR or compliance functions when necessary (document management and logistics
Required Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management, Communications related field.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Officer, or Events Coordinator. Experience supporting senior leadership is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Event planning and project management capabilities.
Technical Competencies
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms.
