Brand Manager

Job Purpose
We are looking for a Brand Manager for Metabolic Franchise in MENA . This role is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to drive sustainable growth, market penetration, and brand leadership across the metabolic portfolio. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strong brand positioning, effective launch excellence, and consistent execution aligned with global strategy and local market needs.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement annual brand plans aligned with global strategy and regional commercial objectives
- Define brand positioning, key messages, and value propositions for HCPs and key stakeholders
- Analyze market dynamics, competition, patient journey, and unmet needs to identify growth opportunities
Execution & Campaign Management
- Lead execution of promotional campaigns, disease awareness initiatives, and omnichannel activities
- Ensure timely development and adaptation of marketing materials in line with compliance and brand guidelines
- Track and optimize campaign performance using KPIs and insights
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure aligned execution
- Support sales teams with strong brand messaging, training materials, and tactical tools
- Coordinate with global teams to adapt international strategies to regional realities
Market Insights & Performance Tracking
- Monitor brand performance, market share, and competitive landscape
- Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
Required Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Brand Management or Marketing.
Experience in Rare Diseases, Specialty Care, or Metabolic Disorders is a strong advantage.
