Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement annual brand plans aligned with global strategy and regional commercial objectives.
  • Define brand positioning, key messages, and value propositions for HCPs, patients, and key stakeholders.
  • Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, patient journeys, treatment pathways, and unmet needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop strategic plans to support new product launches, indication expansions, and lifecycle management.

Execution & Campaign Management

  • Lead the execution of promotional campaigns, disease awareness initiatives, and omnichannel activities.
  • Ensure timely development and adaptation of marketing materials in line with compliance requirements and brand guidelines.
  • Develop and implement launch excellence plans for new Oncology/Hematology and Rare Disease products.
  • Track and optimize campaign performance using KPIs, market insights, and customer feedback.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and other relevant functions to ensure aligned execution.
  • Support sales teams with strong brand messaging, training materials, and tactical tools.
  • Coordinate with global teams to adapt international strategies to regional market realities and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure effective patient identification, disease awareness, and market development initiatives where appropriate.

Market Insights & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor brand performance, market share, competitive landscape, treatment trends, and market dynamics.
  • Translate data, customer insights, and market intelligence into actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and regular brand performance reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to improve patient access, diagnosis, treatment adoption, and overall brand performance.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, industry standards, and ethical principles.
  • Ensure appropriate governance and approval of promotional and non-promotional materials.

  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations, compliance requirements, and regulatory processes.

 

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical Brand Management or Marketing.
  • Experience in Oncology/Hematology and/or Rare Diseases is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in Specialty Care, complex therapies, or highly specialized treatment areas is an advantage.
  • Regional/MENA experience is highly desirable

Required Languages

  • Fluent English
  • Arabic is an added value
