Job Purpose

We are looking for a Junior EHS Specialist to temporarily join our Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) team at RECORDATI – Campoverde Chemical Plant, providing support to daily operations within a structured industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

  • support the EHS team in ensuring the site operates safely and in full compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations;
  • Contribute to risk assessments and the identification of preventive and protective measures;
  • support EHS Manager in the relevant EHS issues by guaranteeing that EHS problems are correctly managed;
  • Help prepare EHS procedures and instructions and documentation;
  • Prepare and deliver training sessions on EHS topics, and support the organization of training programs for internal personnel;
  • Assist in the implementation and improvement of EHS-related management software tools;
  • Support the update and management of risk documentation;
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide technical and regulatory support;
  • Contribute to maintaining environmental certifications (e.g. ISO 14001) and environmental permits (e.g. AIA);
  • Take part in internal audits and periodic checks of the management systems.

Required Education

  • Master Degree in Engineering (e.g. preferably Chemical, Industrial) or equivalent school background

Required Skills and Experience

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, proactive attitude;
  • Good English knowledge;
  • Nice to have: previous experience in chemical or industrial plants; basic knowledge of key HSE regulations (e.g. D.Lgs. 81/08, D.Lgs. 105/15, D.Lgs. 152/06, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
