Job Purpose

Key Account Specialist – Pharmacy Chains, located in Brasov, ROMANIA

 

As a Key Account Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our pharmaceutical products’ reach and sales within leading pharmacy chains across the designated areas. Your efforts will directly contribute to strengthening our market position and advancing our influence in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Marketing Strategy: Implement focused initiatives to increase product visibility and engagement within key pharmacy accounts.
  • Client Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with major pharmacy chains, driving portfolio growth and ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform and refine strategic decisions.
  • Brand Representation: Consistently embody and promote the Recordati brand in all professional interactions within the pharmaceutical market.

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline

Required Skills and Experience

At least three years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or key account management

Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset

Excellent communication, persuasion, and self-management abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Possession of a valid B-category driving license and readiness to travel as required

Required Languages

Fluent in Romanian

Proficient in English for effective communication
