Job Purpose

Due to our future SAP implementation we are looking for an experienced Accountant with high SAP knowledge to join our finance team in Brussel. The successful candidate will play an important role in the SAP 4/Hana implementation during 2025 and after implementation be responsible for all accounting and reporting activities currently outsourced

Key Responsibilities

Accountant: Lead the local SAP4/Hana implementation during 2025 in close collaboration with the global implementation team.  After the implementation be responsible for all accounting and reporting activities including AR AP and GL associated across all Recordati operations in The Benelux.

Required Education

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Strong knowledge in SAP, preferably SAP4/HANA
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting, specifically in financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluently in Dutch and French and English (verbal/written)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office tools with very strong Excel skills
