This position is with Recordati Rare Diseases, Inc. (RRD), North America, an affiliate of Recordati.

Overview

The Market Access Analyst plays a key role in supporting the operational and analytical needs of the Market Access team. This position helps ensure efficient execution of workflows, contract processes, and reporting functions, enabling senior leaders to focus on strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across systems and stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

System & Document Management
•    Manage promotional material jobs in Veeva, including job creation, linking/anchoring, comment resolution, and final uploads.

•    Support the execution of contracts via DocuSign, following legal and lead approvals, and manage distribution and archival of executed documents.
•    Maintain accurate documentation and records related to contract workflows and approvals.
Contract & Medicaid Tracking
•    Maintain and update a branded contract tracker on a monthly basis.
•    Prepare Bid Summaries for deal review meetings, particularly for contracts in our metabolic franchise.  
•    Track and review Medicaid Pharmacy & Therapeutics meeting schedules and materials, with a focus on Metabolic and Endocrinology Business Unit’s priorities.
Reporting & Communication
•    Draft and distribute weekly summary emails highlighting key contracts, Medicaid, and market access updates for all franchises with focus on our metabolic franchise.
•    Prepare monthly review decks for meetings and support associated analysis and tracking needs.
Operational Support
•    Support case review calls during transition to another role and service a back up for team. 
•    Act in full compliance with all laws, regulations, and policies including adverse events / pharmacovigilance responsibilities.
•    Perform additional duties as may be assigned.

Education and Experience

•    Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, or a related field.
•    2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare operations, market access, or a similar analytical support role.

Knowledge and Skills

•    Familiarity with Veeva systems and contract workflow tools is preferred.
•    Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data organization skills.
•    Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage complex, time-sensitive tasks.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.  Based upon job requirements, employee may be required at times to attend meetings including travel out of state over weekends and nights.  Employee must be able to freely operate and travel by car and train/plane modes of transportation.  Employee is required to have a valid driver’s license and means of transportation.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee must be able to fly via commercial air carrier.  
This is largely a sedentary role; however, the employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Occasionally is required to lift and/or move light to moderate weight up to 25 lbs.

Location

•    The location for this position is the RRD Headquarters office in New Jersey and will require being in the office a minimum of 3 days per week
•    The position may require travel time up to 15% of the time for all company meetings.
