MSAT & Project Specialist

Job Purpose
The MSAT & Project Specialist owns the scientific manufacturing knowledge and maintains the oversight of the assigned products and enhances operational excellence. You ensure and facilitate a seamless flow of technical and scientific knowledge in the manufacturing site, across functions and with CMOs. You identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities, work in close collaboration with relevant functions to leverage global initiatives and new projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the technical and scientific oversight of the process of the assigned product(s) from raw materials to finished product(s).
- Work in close collaboration with relevant functions such as Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain and establish effective partnerships
- Deepen and broaden process understanding and product knowledge including facilitation of internal trainings. Actively participate and represent products in the relevant committee, where the improvements on weak point products are planned, prioritized and monitored.
- Oversee documentation such as product specific Quality Risk Analysis (QRAs), Master Batch Record, change requests, validation reports, technical transfer plans and the technical dossier.
Required Education
- Minimum: Master Degree in Life Sciences, like Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, etc.
- Project Management certifications are considered beneficial
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven manufacturing, scientific and compliance know-how enabling to indirectly or directly lead technical sub-teams in order to maintain and improve product quality and its validation status
- Pharmaceutical GMP experience, with an excellent knowledge in Technical Operation and or Development, MS&T or equivalent.
