Assistant to G.Manager /sales and Marketing
Key Responsibilities
-Supporting the company's management and departments.
-Managing the call center and communication with partners.
-Coordinating partner travel.
-Organizing and filing documents.
-Preparing and editing documents, tables, and presentations.
-Monitoring office supplies and communicating with suppliers.
Required Education
University or Technical College in Administration or a related field
Required Skills and Experience
-Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-Very good knowledge of Greek and English.
-Organizational skills, responsibility, and excellent communication skills.
-Ability to work in a multidimensional environment with deadlines.
-Five years of experience in a similar position.
