Key Responsibilities

Le Chef de Projet Industriel est responsable de la conduite et de la coordination de projets industriels au sein du site pharmaceutique : nouveaux investissements, transfert de technologies, installation d’équipements, extension ou modernisation d’ateliers, projets de digitalisation ou d’efficacité opérationnelle.

Il veille à la bonne réalisation des projets dans le respect des exigences réglementaires (BPF/GMP, HSE), des délais, du budget et de la qualité attendue.

Required Skills and Experience

 Maîtrise des référentiels pharmaceutiques (BPF/GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ICH Q10).

Connaissance des procédés pharmaceutiques.

Notions de qualification/validation (IQ, OQ, PQ).

Compétences en lecture de plans techniques, gestion d’équipements et infrastructures.

Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet).

Utilisation des ERP (SAP) et MES pour la coordination industrielle.

Compétences en data analytics (Excel avancé, Power BI, outils de suivi digital).

Outils collaboratifs (Teams, SharePoint, e-room projet).

 

Required Behaviours and Competencies

Leadership transversal et capacité à fédérer sans lien hiérarchique direct.

Excellente communication orale et écrite (français, anglais).

Organisation, rigueur et orientation résultats.

Capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes.

Négociation et gestion de la relation avec les parties prenantes.

Adaptabilité face aux imprévus et aux changements.

Required Education

Diplôme d’Ingénieur en Maintenance Industrielle, Génie Industriel, Génie Mécanique ou équivalent.
Expérience en maintenance et ingénierie dans l’industrie pharmaceutique, chimique ou agroalimentaire.
Connaissance des BPF, GMP et des exigences réglementaires pharmaceutiques.
 

Required Languages

Parfaite maîtrise du Français et de l'anglais parlé et écrit.
