Job Purpose
PRODUCT MANAGER, KAZAKHSTAN, OFFICE IN ALMATY
The Product Manager (PM) develops/follows and leads brand short- and long-term vision, strategy, operational plan at country level.
The PM needs to play the role of the country brand champion and ensure delivery of the brand strategy and performance objectives
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the product life cycle from strategic planning at country level
- Developing and implementing tactical plan, working with all departments to execute at country level
- Innovating across marketing channels as new technologies appear (ie digital marketing, etc.)
- Responsible for preparation and implementation of the marketing plans at country level
- To create promotional materials and communication tools about products (brochures, videos, websites)
- To ensure visibility of the products during national conferences and scientific events
- KOLs development and build / enhance their advocacy
- Prepare and conduct promotional trainings for FF
- Oversee the brand budget, sales plans, track and spend to annual plans at the country level
Required Education
Scientific background: Pharmacy, Biology or Medical studies
Required Skills and Experience
Excellent communication, leadership and planning skills
Sales experience in the field would be a plus
Agility to adapt in a transforming culture
Skilled in time management and able to meet deadlines
Ability to manage a diverse work load (clients, reporting and budget)
Business awareness and high motivation for sales
Work independently
Problem solving and strategic thinking abilities
Analytical skills
Technical Competencies
Computing: Good usage level of Microsoft office package
Required Languages
Spoken and written Kazak
Good command of English
Travel required in %
Local (KOL management, FF visits, conferences etc,) and international if needed
