Job Purpose

MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE RX, KAZAKHSTAN, Shymkent Region

To promote the company’s products in the allocated territory

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the winning mindset to achieve the quantitative and qualitative goals set

• Develop and manage the designed territory to achieve targets

• Represent the company's image in the pharmaceutical market

• Promote the company’s portfolio according to the marketing strategy

• Develop a trustful long-term partnership with doctors and identifing new clients and business development opportunities

• Organize scientific events

• Monitor competitors’ activity within the allocated territory

• Understand and analyse together with the manager, the sales development, competitive landscape, and KPIs defined

• Continuous learning regarding the products in the portfolio, to ensure professional services at the highest level

• Offer consultancy/support to the clients regarding the pharmacovigilance area

• Respect the laws, and ethical standards in accordance with internal rules and other regulations approved

• Work with alignment with company policies, procedures & internal rules

Required Education

university degree, preferably medical doctor, medical /pharmacy universities 

Required Skills and Experience

Previous experience as a promotion Medical Representative

Very good social and communication skills

Business and entrepreneurial mindset

Excellent analytical skills, proactive and self-motivated

Demonstrated digital skills to promote remotely

Good skills in MS Office: Word, Excel, PPT

Clean driving license (B category) and availability to travel

fluent Kazak is a must, good written and spoken English as additional advantage

Required Languages

Kazak language as a must

English appreciated
