Ability to translate commercial strategy into effective field force execution plans
Solid knowledge of sales force effectiveness principles, including territory management, targeting, segmentation, call planning and visit frequency optimization
Ability to monitor, interpret and act on sales performance data, KPIs and market data, including IQVIA or similar external data sources.
Good understanding of budgeting, P&L management, A&P spending and cost control
Ability to design and implement field coaching and performance management
Practical knowledge of CRM systems, Proxima tools, digital engagement tools and omnichannel communication channels.
