Key Responsibilities

 

  • To ensure the continuous supply of the products manufactured in the plant of Çerkezköy through plant’s performances and organization optimization in all related Manufacturing, Technical and QC activities carried out in the site, in compliance with agreed specifications and quality level
  • To play a key role in interacting with internal stakeholders (Regulatory affairs/QA/Supply chain etc.) in relation with projects and activities related to Çerkezköy manufactured products
  • To implement and ensure the application of the corporate guidelines by adapting them to the site
  • To oversee and assure proper EHS procedure when applicable
  • Prepares and monitors budgets for manufacturing, Technical and QC activities and cooperate with the other functions in preparing their budgets impacting on the plant costs
  • Sets up, follows and improves production processes while containing cost of goods, in compliance with the GxP
  • Ensures the flows and optimizes the organization in order to secure the supply and to avoid stock outs and keeping the costs as lower as possible in cooperation with the other key functions (Supply chain/planning, QA, Engineering and corporate functions)
  • Sets up a management by objectives for his/her reports in line with Recordati group objectives
  • Trains and brings expertise to people in charge of Production
  • Ensures that Quality Control department realizes its tasks in an independent way vs manufacturing aiming for highest standards 
  • Defines and Applies OPEX initiatives in cooperation with Corporate functions looking for areas of improvements, Check adequacy of resources with both internal and external needs
  • Provides internal and corporate functions with updated KPIs related to plant performances and triggers corrective actions if needed
  • Recruit, train, assign objectives, coaches, monitor and evaluate achievements and reward his/her direct reports in line with Recordati principles/guidelines
  • Attends OHS meetings with Employees representative
  • Reviews and approves the production annual plan
  • Continuously evaluates providers and investment intended to improve cost effectiveness and productivity
  • Participates actively in Quality Management Reviews of the Drugs and the production operations
  • Approves Purchase orders and invoices related to site activities
  • Monitoring the compliance of the production, maintenance, quality control, administrative affairs and OHS processes to the objectives and regulations
  • Managing contract manufacturing together with the Logistics&Planning Department
  • Working closely with all support fonctions such as Plant Human Resources and Finance in Line with Company rules and regulations

 

Required Skills and Experience

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduated from relevant departments of universities and post graduate

  • At least 10-15 years in Pharmaceutical Industry with production management, ideally with QA/QC past experience

  • No travel restrictions

  • Completed military service for male candidates

  • Residing in Tekirdağ Çorlu, Çerkezköy, Kapaklı, Ergene districts or Silivri-Büyükçekmece-Avcılar-Beylikdüzü E-5 route or able to move in a short time.

Required Languages

Fluency in English (have good verbal an written communication skills)
