Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

To meet, analyze and produce solutions to problems and requests reported by users and IT,
To intervene in problems and ensure that they are closed at the targeted time,
To direct problems and requests to relevant support groups when necessary,
To ensure that problems and requests are resolved on time by staying in contact with other units or suppliers related to the supported applications,
To follow up on the resolution process of directed records,
To provide feedback to users or units that open the record about their records,
To update the information sent by users or support units,
To report on the record process when necessary,
To play an active role in ITS processes.

Required Education

Required Skills and Experience

Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the field of Information Technologies,
Good command of English (have good verbal an written communication skills),
Taken role in digitalization projects (Data Integrity - Lean),
Virtualization software (VmWare, Hyper-v), general network terminology, Hardware, MS Server and Linux operating systems / Active Directory and MS Exchange / and Storage/NAS etc. Knowledgeable about storage systems (backup/VEEAM) such as,
Able to work in compliance with ISO 27001 ITIL standards,
Careful about IT inventory tracking and compliance with procedures,
Knowledgeable about the ITS (Medicine Tracking System) process,
Able to think analytically, team-member and have strong communication skills,
Experienced in reporting and documentation,
Emphasizing learning new technologies and continuous development,
No travel restrictions,
Completed military service for male candidates,
Residing in Tekirdağ Çorlu, Çerkezköy, Kapaklı, Ergene districts or Silivri-Büyükçekmece-Avcılar-Beylikdüzü E-5 route or able to move in a short time,
